Registering to attend
You need to register to attend sessions of Yearly Meeting – you can do this here [Link]
Each year, you only need to complete the full registration process once – that will give you access to all the necessary online information for each session via Sched. We will release information about the agenda a few weeks before each session and we will email all registered participants to let them know.
To help us plan, we will always ask registered participants to confirm if they are planning to come to the venue or not and we will ask you to complete a simple form about that each time.

How does Yearly Meeting work?
Yearly Meeting is a meeting for worship for business. You will find the guidance about Quaker meetings for worship for business in chapter 3 of Quaker faith & practice helpful.
Yearly Meeting is the largest meeting for worship for business that most Quakers in Britain ever experience. The Quaker processes that we use are the same as in smaller meetings, but because there are so many Friends present, and because we welcome Friends both online and in the venue, we need to follow certain procedures that may be unfamiliar to some.
Look out for a document we have developed to help Friends understand how Yearly Meeting sessions work – the link will appear here soon.
