You can give a gift to remember someone special and help raise funds for Quaker work in three ways: set up an individual tribute page, post a photo and memory in the Space For Remembrance, and organise a cash collection.

Tribute page

A tribute page offers a wonderful way to celebrate the life of someone special to you. You can set up a tribute page to share memories, thoughts, photos and stories. Family and friends can contribute, adding their thoughts and memories.

You can set up a tribute page through Much Loved which manages our tribute fund offering for Friends. Visit https://quakersinbritain.muchloved.org/creatememorial to set up your page. You'll find that Quakers in Britain is set as the default charity if you wish to collect donations in memory of your loved one. You can also add other charities to the page.

Please contact us at contributions@quaker.org.uk if you need help - we are happy to support you. Alternatively, you can ask your funeral director about setting up a tribute page on your behalf. Many funeral directors already use Much Loved for their clients.

Cash funeral collections

If you are organising a cash collection, you can pass these gifts on to us by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to 'Britain Yearly Meeting' and sent to C2021, FREEPOST QUAKERS. If you'd like to make a bank transfer please email us at contributions@quaker.org.uk so we can give you the information you need to do so. We can also advise on Gift Aid and provide Gift Aid envelopes if needed.
