Registration

Welcome to the Registration page for Yearly Meeting.

Registration for Yearly Meeting and the Youth, Children & Families programmes, is now closed. This is to enable staff to have the time to make the necessary arrangements to welcome Friends.

All participants at Yearly Meeting must register in advance. Participants need to be 18 years or older to register and attend independently.

All under-18s attending Yearly Meeting need to be booked onto their age-appropriate programme by a parent or guardian. Please contact the YCF team for further information at cypadmin@quaker.org.uk

All participants are expected to agree to our Terms & Conditions and the Community Agreement.

Please note that it is a two-part booking process. Once you have registered for the event, approximately a week later you will receive an invitation to the Yearly Meeting Planner. From 18 April, this will give you access to the full Yearly Meeting programme. Whether you plan to attend online or in person you will be able to book your space at various events and Yearly Meeting Sessions.
