Exploring Britain Yearly Meeting
9 - 16 October 2025, Online
How does Britain Yearly Meeting work? In this course, we will explore how individual Friends, local and area meetings, Meeting for Sufferings, and Yearly Meeting all come together as one body, including what to expect at our annual gathering.
Understanding the structure of Britain Yearly Meeting and how each of us is a vital part of the whole is key to feeling truly part of the wider Quaker community and the key to answering concerns together. We will work through how all of us belong and form part of our local, area and yearly meetings, where we belong and how we all play an active part.
The two uses of the term 'Yearly Meeting' will be explained and explored and what to expect at our annual gathering Yearly Meeting.
