Active Hope: Building Power, Making Change residential weekend
10 - 12 July 2026, Cambridge
Building Power, Making Change (10 – 12 July) is a weekend gathering for young adult Friends, created in partnership with Quakers in Britain, to explore how we can respond to the challenges of our time with courage, clarity and collective strength.
Through worship, creative practice, skill‑building workshops and the Active Hope framework, we will ground ourselves in gratitude, honour the realities that move us, and learn practical tools for campaigning and community organising.
Together we will build relationships, deepen our sense of agency, and imagine the change we are called to make—returning home with renewed hope, shared purpose and a clearer sense of the power we hold together.
