Road maps to equality

This is a conference to prepare for practical action.

So come prepared to:

  • Commit yourselves to practical activities which emerge from the day.
  • Plan for the medium-term, with review over the next two years.
  • Participate in a workshop spread across the day: getting into the topic in detail.
  • Suggest ways in which these topics can become living concerns in all our Area Meetings.

Workshops will be held on the following topics:

  • Income inequality
  • Inequality and health
  • Inequality and housing
  • Food insecurity
  • Language and media

The conference is free to attend, but please book to confirm your attendance.
A vegetarian soup and sandwich lunch will be available for £6. Please indicate if you would like to book lunch when you book. (A room will be made available for those who wish to bring their own sandwiches.)
