Peace Education

Quakers in Britain support peace education in schools and beyond. This includes peace education teaching resources to explore topics including World War I and conscientious objection and disarmament as well as skills for peace like peer mediation. The Peace Education programme supports Friends in education who wish to develop their own practice and partners with the Peace Education and Peer Mediation Networks to strengthen peace education around the country.

Please visit the peace education page of the website to find out more about the work Quakers in Britain do to support peace education in schools.
