Trained as an accountant, Vipan has previously worked for the Institution of Structural Engineers and before that the Churches Conservation Trust.

He has 13 years' experience as a charity trustee and was drawn to the role by the Quaker values of peace, equality, simplicity and social justice.

Outside of work, Vipan enjoys time with family and friends, hiking, playing tennis and when time allows, cinema and live comedy.

Recording Clerk of Quakers in Britain, Paul Parker, said: “We are delighted that Vipan has joined our team and look forward to working with him to develop the activities of Quakers in Britain."
