Chesterfield Meeting Open Day & Play

Open Day from 11:00 to 16:00 - chat over a cup of tea and cake.
Play "For Conscience Sake" at 18:00 followed by discussion & refreshments.
The Meeting House will be open to visitors. There will be information about Quakerism and a chance to ask questions or simply to have a look around the Meeting House. Tea and cake provided.
The play "For Conscience Sake" performed by Plain Quakers Theatre Projects, looks at the choices faced by Conscientious Objectors, in the light of growing militarism in schools today. Followed by discussion and refreshments. Admission free, with a retiring collection.
