If you prefer to donate by cheque, you can either:

• print and complete the donation form and return it with your cheque; or
• write your name and address clearly on the back of your cheque or in an accompanying note. (If you wish us to earmark the donation, please make sure this is included.)

If you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order please print a copy of the donation form [PDF: 61kb],  then complete and sign it manually.

However you donate, please ensure that you boost its value with Gift Aid, if you can. You need to be a UK tax payer and pay sufficient tax to cover the amount we will reclaim. The increased value of your gift is at no extra cost to you.
