Making a gift in your will
A gift in your will is a gift to future generations of Friends, enabling them to continue to put Quaker values into practice – just as we can do so today because of the generosity of others.
Once you've provided for family and friends, a gift to Quaker work can make a real difference to the future of the Society. If everybody left even a small gift in their will, we could make a huge, positive impact well into the future.
Britain Yearly Meeting's legacy booklet is available now – download a copy below, or contact our legacies officer, Jez Smith on jezs@quaker.org.uk or 020 7663 1117. You can also get in touch if you would like to talk in confidence about making a gift to Quaker work in your will.
If you have already made a will, it is still easy to add a gift to Quaker work. You can draw up a codicil, or amendment to your will. Our legacy booklet contains information about this, as well as the suggested wording that you might use in order to leave a legacy to Quaker work.
