On this page you will find a guide to using the Quakers in Britain style and includes a guide to using logos, fonts and colours.

In 'Our faith in the future' we say that we want Quakers to be better known and understood. When we use our logo it clearly identifies us as Quakers. It invites a conversation about what we believe and the things we care about.

Visual identity guide

The visual identity guide (PDF: 3.5mb) is designed to aid local and area meetings with the key aspects of our visual design identity. It contains guidance on using the logo correctly, as well as details about our house fonts and colours.

More detailed guidelines are used by the Quakers in Britain Content & Publications Team. The detailed guidelines are not publicly available at this time, but do get in touch if you have any questions or additional needs: publications@quaker.org.uk.

Main logo

Local and area meetings and Quaker recognised bodies (QRBs) are permitted to use the Quaker “Q" logo or Crynwyr “C" logo.

The name of the meeting or QRB should appear prominently nearby on the same piece of design to clearly differentiate it from Quakers in Britain and other meetings and QRBs.

Always use the logo on a simple, contrasting background. Please do not recolour or redesign the logo, or use it in place of the letter Q within a word.

For guidance on using the logo correctly see the visual identity guide (PDF: 3.5mb)

Badge logos

Our badge logos can be used to specifically represent the work of local and area meetings, Quakers in Britain/Britain Yearly Meeting, Quakers in Scotland, Crynwyr Cymru/Quakers in Wales and Quaker Recognised Bodies.

All logos are complete and are not designed to have the meeting name added to them. Meeting names can be added in letter headers or adjacent to the logo in other documents. The zip files contain all available colours and relevant guidelines.
