Each month we send an informational mailing to the clerks or correspondents of local and area Quaker meetings. Each mailing contains a covering letter summarising the content and suggesting appropriate actions to take. Please note that there were no mailings for April and May and none are scheduled until further notice. To keep abreast of news, events and for advice about running meetings during the coronavirus pandemic please sign up to our regular email newsletter, Quake!. Quake! is now being sent weekly.

The covering letters are available on this site complete with most of the supporting documents, or links that will take you to the relevant websites. Visitors may download the content of the mailing, keep them in their electronic form or print them as they wish.
