What do Wardens think of the Warden’s Talking programme?

Wardens met most recently at Milton Keynes in November 2011, here is a summary of their comments:

I enjoyed sharing and finding common ground among a diverse group of wardens and resident friends.....It's reassuring to know that I'm not the only one with issues! .......It helps to minimise any feeling of isolation that can sometimes be the nature of a job like this. ........ It helps to discover how other wardens deal with problems................I'm going home with some good ideas. ...................The day was well-structured with plenty of time to share experiences. ....................It was definitely worth coming to; a happy day that exceeded my expectations.
