s?
If you would, please fill in this form. Joining the network commits you to hearing about opportunities to become involved that might interest you. It does not mean that you will be expected commit more than is right for you. However, it does mean you will be in touch with, and have the opportunity to be involved with, the life and work that goes on in our Yearly Meeting.
The Network’s tasks are very varied in scope and flexibility:
- Working with Children & Young People
- Equality issues - Diversity & Inclusion
- All aspects of pastoral and spiritual care - Eldership & Oversight
- Knowledge about employment - meeting house staff & their employers
- Thinking through Quaker identity - Our Faith & our Practice
- Seeing ways to reach newcomers - Outreach
- Being part of our Quaker community exploring many issues
Quaker Life shares opportunities for service through the network, but there is no obligation for members to respond. Wherever your strengths lie, you can use them when working with the Network. We are not only thinking in terms of ‘specialist’ interests; but also general tasks that require some of the enthusiasm that Friends have.
