Policies and Procedures

Children and Young People's Work Policies and Procedures

These are the policies and procedures that determine our practice for work with children and youg people in a Quaker setting.  Here too are some of the forms used on centrally managed work with children and young people.

All of these policies, procedures and guidance can be adapted for use in other settings.
If you are using these for another event, such as a link group or regional Quaker event you should ensure that you meet the requirements of insurers, venues and your own organisation

The list was last revised in February 2010.  Click on a link to open the page on that policy area. You can then open policy documents, procedure and guidance documents and examples. Each document opens  in a new window.  This will enable you to view it or save it whilst continuing to use this website.
