Peace vigils

England - North

RAF FYLINGDALES (US radar base in North Yorkshire):  Quaker Meeting for Worship 12.00pm-1.00pm at the approach road entrance on the first Saturday of odd months.  Call 01751 432416  or  01751 472827.

RAF Menwith Hill (US intelligence base in North Yorkshire): Quaker Meeting for Worship on the first Saturday of even months, 2.00-3.00pm at the main entrance.  Call Robin Wilson on 01423 540423

YORK: silent one-hour peace vigil in York every fourth Saturday from 11.00am - 12.00 noon outside St Michael-le-Belfrey Church, which sits right beside York Minster.

England - South

ALDERMASTON: First Tuesday Tuesday in the month from 3.45 - 5.0pm out side the Aldermaston Gate [aka Home Office Gate].  Contact: sarahllasenby[at]googlemail.com.  April 2012 is cancelled, so May 1st looks like the next one. 

BATH: Every Saturday 11.30am-12.30pm outside Bath Abbey (by the Great West Door).  Email Judith Eversley at postmaster@bathstopwar.org.uk 

BRISTOL: Monday-Friday 5.30-6.30pm, Saturday 3.00-4.00pm, opposite the hippodrome in the city centre

RAF CROUGHTON (US communications base in Northamptonshire):  Quaker Meeting for Worship on the fourth Saturday of every month from 2.00-3.00 outside the main gates.  Call Elisabeth Salisbury on 01865 515163

LONDON: Silent peace vigil and leafleting every Friday 6.00-7.00pm in St Mark's Place next to the library.  Email Eric Bramsted at helericb@gmail.com

Scotland

RN DUNDRENNAN: Roughly five Meetings for Worship each year. The 2012 dates are:

8th April   17th June   12th August   16th September   11th November
