Each month an informational mailing is sent out from Friends House to the clerks or correspondents of local and area Quaker meetings. Each mailing contains a covering letter which summarises the content and suggests the appropriate action to take.

A copy of the clerk's covering letters are now on this site complete with most of the supporting documents, or links that will take you to the relevant websites. Visitors may download the content of the mailing, keep them in their electronic form or print them as they wish.

Receive the monthly mailing via email

Interested Friends and attenders can receive the monthly mailing covering letter via email if they so wish. The covering letter will contain links to the current month's documents and enclosures. These will continue to be available for visitors to the website.
