Voices and choices: World War I exhibition
7 - 20 November 2015, Hexham
Three communities remember the individual choices made during WWI and reflect on the decisions we face 100 years later.
Voices and Choices brings together a trio of British, German and French towns with very different memories of WWI.
The aim of the exhibition is to reflect upon the lessons we can learn from the past, and celebrate and build upon their friendship and peaceful cooperation in the present era.
Alongside the exhibition there is a 'Festival of Remembrance' featuring talks about the life of Corder Catchpool, Veterans for Peace, the 1/4th Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers. More details can be found in the Festival of Remembrance programme (below).
