Introductory training for Quaker prison chaplains
6 - 7 October 2016, Birmingham
Are you a newly appointed Quaker Prison Chaplain? Or are you an established Chaplain, but haven't been on a Quaker-focused training course before?
The course is designed for all newly appointed QPCs whether very part-time or giving substantial commitment to their prison, whether seeing only Quaker prisoners or doing general chaplaincy work. It will cover the Quaker basis for prison ministry, finding and developing your ministry, practical issues, building trusting relationships and training and support for your ministry.
