QPSW in South Asia

From Nepal in the North and Sri Lanka in the South and from North East India and Bangladesh in the East to Pakistan in the West, Quaker Peace & Social Witness (QPSW) works to create nonviolent peaceful solutions to often bitter and entrenched local conflicts.

Building nonviolent networks

Quakers help build nonviolent networks in South Asia. We bring together grassroots groups from across the region, and help them learn from each other about nonviolent action for change.

This activity appeal pack can be used in all sorts of ways, from holding an event to celebrate the region complete with food and music to a more modest study group. Everyone can have a role in learning and telling others about different parts of the project.
