The last year for me has been so full of highlights and valuable experiences that it is hard to expand on them all here.  The nature of the work that I have been doing for the Christian Muslim Forum is of vital importance to establishing peace and understanding between people of different faiths.  I have witnessed the great human potential and desire for living peaceful lives among both Christians and Muslims and experienced the fear that stops people from engaging with one another.

Pia Dawson, Crisis Action

Many of you will be familiar with Gil Scott Heron, the legendary black American poet and musician, often dubbed the godfather of rap. I got to see him recently at WOMAD (World of Music Arts and Dance) festival doing his song Work for Peace.
