Under 19s Programme at Yearly Meeting 2008: Spirituality, entertainment and adventure for all

As part of Yearly Meeting there was an interconnected programme for Under 19s. This followed the same themes in a variety of exciting and challenging ways as well as offering the chance to worship, be creative, play games and have fun. It was an opportunity to gather together, to make new friends and see old ones and to build our Quaker community.

 


Junior Yearly Meeting 2008

At Junior Yearly Meeting in April, almost 200 young people came together to consider the theme of “How do we make choices in a time of change?” and “Are we able to respond effectively both as individuals and as Friends?” This year was also the first time that representatives from other churches attended the event.
